Install Chat Widget on Your Website

Installing KinoChat window is simple and only takes a few minutes. Once installed, you’ll be able to talk to your customers right away.

Install chat widget using a JavaScript code snippet

Once you’ve created an account, follow these steps to add the widget: If not, contact your super admin to follow this article to finish setting up.

Follow these steps to install chat widget

1. Log in to your KinoChat account and go to Settings > Chat widget

2. Then, choose the Popup chat window or Full-page chat window mode as you want.

3. Click on Copy code.

4. Paste the code to your website’s source code before the </body> tag.

5. Once you’ve successfully added the KinoChat code to your website, refresh the page. You should see a widget in the bottom right corner.

Get an external chat link

Log in to your KinoChat account and go to Settings > Chat widget

and copy the Direct Chat Link
